Hey guys!

As summer has just started and summer heat can raise the temperature to deadly levels .With scorching heat, frequent power cuts and deepening water crises being topped up by cases of sickness, common man's woes multiply in the summer so it becomes more important to know what to eat to keep once body free from all these diseases. Guys my today's article goes on what you should eat and what you shouldn’t eat during summer to ensure a better health...:)

Foods you should eat during summer:

-Eat more fresh fruits

-Raw or steamed vegetables

-Fresh natural juices

-drink at least 8 glasses of water daily

-Fresh dairy products like yogurt, curd, kefir, milk, soft cottage cheese

-Wholegrain cereals

-Honey

-Fish as often as possible

-Grilled chicken or beef with raw salads

-iced green tea, iced herbal or fruit teas

Foods you should not eat during summer:

-Smoked foods, fatty foods, fried foods and long time cooked foods

-Fatty cold cuts

-Alcoholic drinks, especially if it extremely hot outside

-Very cold beverages when it’s very hot outside

-Concentrated sweets.
